Annual Supper, Auction and Dance in Aid of Portsmouth Down Syndrome Association and the Charities Commission

We are excited to announce our dinner dance in aid of Portsmouth Down Syndrome Association and the Charities Commission. Tickets are priced at £25 per head, which will include a two-course meal and evening entertainment put on by our very own KES students. A bar will be available to purchase drinks on the evening. Tickets can be purchased via KESPay. Thank you to those who have already filled their table.
The menu for the evening is as follows:
Chicken stuffed with cream cheese wrapped in Parma ham or cherry tomato & goats cheese tart (V)
Roasted baby potatoes, parsnips, asparagus and kale
Chocolate Brownie and cream

Seating will be arranged in circular tables of 10, so if you would like to be seated with a particular group of friends or family please contact me via my email address below and I will arrange this for you.
Once tickets are purchased, please email any dietary and seating requirements to my email address at the bottom of this letter. Once tickets have been purchased and all items have been donated an auction list will be emailed to you for your perusal – hopefully by the middle of April.
This is our main fund-raiser for the project and we rely heavily on you purchasing tickets, spending money on the evening and donating items for auction. If you have anything you feel may be useful for the auction please, please think about donating it. Even if you feel it may be too small for an individual auction, we will be putting together bundles. All the monies raised will go directly to our exciting partnership with the charity – this includes our four-day summer activity sessions. Details of the charity can be found here.
We are already grateful for the donation of tickets to Southampton vs. Manchester City, on the 11th April. Tickets include:
- 2 x tickets to the game at St Mary’s Stadium. Seating is just outside the President’s Suite and next to where the Southampton Directors sit
- Reception dinner in the President’s Suit
- Half-time refreshments
- Drinks after the game
Due to the game being before the dinner dance, we are going to auction the tickets off in a silent auction. If you are interested, please email your bid on email@example.com. We will close this on the 31st March.
