Proposed Itinerary
(timings may change on the day due to weather)

Friday, 12th July

9.30 Upper Sixth meet staff at KES and then make their way to Tile Barn

11.00 Arrive at Tile Barn and unpack/set up – lunch provided

18.00 Dinner in Brockenhurst with staff. Back to camp after to stay. Please note: the expectation is that ALL U6th students stay

Saturday, 13th July

9.00 Upper Sixth and staff come back to King Edwards after setting up camp on the Friday

10.30 Whole team including Lower Sixth meet the Young Carers at school – pack buses and wait for all to arrive.
Please use the entrance to the school on Kellett Road (at the back of the School).

12.30 Arrive at Tile Barn campsite, unpack, have lunch

14.30 Afternoon at the beach with games and sandcastle building

19.00 Supper at campsite, followed by games

Sunday, 14th July

8.00 Breakfast and games

10.30 Morning of games then Moors Valley for Go Ape and Play Trail

12.30 Picnic lunch and then afternoon at Moors Valley for Go Ape and Play Trail

19.30 BBQ supper at campsite, followed by games

Monday, 15th July

8.00 Breakfast and games

10.30 Games in the New Forest or Activity on the camp site

12.30 Picnic lunch

14.00 Lymington Sea Water Pool for activities

17.30 Fish and Chip Supper in Lymington (weather dependent)

Tuesday, 16thJuly

8.00 Breakfast and games

10.00 Everyone to Longdown Activity Farm for handling/feeding

12.00 Picnic lunch at Longdown

13.00 Afternoon spent at New Forest Wildlife centre, looking at the animals, playground

16.00 Return to campsite for preparation for Talent Night

19.00 Barbecue at campsite and Talent Night

Wednesday, 17th July

8.00 Breakfast and begin packing up personal belongings

10.00 Activity on the campsite

12.00 Picnic lunch in the New Forest

13.00 Games in the New Forest

15.30 Arrive back at school

16.00 To be picked up, please use entrance to school at Wilton Road gate (front of school)

Kit to bring:

· Sleeping bag

· Roll mat

· Pillow

· Tents – please communicate with each other and ensure everyone has somewhere to sleep. Boys and girls need to be separate

· Warm clothes (jumpers, jackets, hoodies)

· Clothes for a hot day (t-shirts, shorts)

· Underwear for 5 days, 4 nights (plus spares)

· Pyjamas

· A set of clothes to get wet in

· Waterproof jacket

· Hardy shoes/ trainers

· Welly boots

· Flip-flops

· Swimming kit

· Sun cream and a hat

· Towels (at least two)

· Torch

· Toiletries; toothbrush/toothpaste/shampoo etc.

ABOVE ALL BRING ENOUGH CLOTHES FOR 5 DAYS
