Final 2020 Summer A Level Examinations Timetable (blue booklet version)

The timetable booklets have now been distributed at School.  Pupils who missed the distribution can obtain a copy by contacting the Exams Office after 4pm Friday 20 March.  

The booklet includes the final written examinations timetable, speaking test schedules (if applicable) as well as the examination rules and code of conduct for this period.

Pupils with special examination arrangements will receive an individual timetable in the post which may differ from the timings shown on the main timetable. 

FIFTH Year 

Further 2020 Examination information will follow shortly:

§ Pre Examinations Assembly for all 4th & 5th Years: Thursday 30 April, Dobson Theatre, 8.40am

§ 5th Year Leave of Absence:  begins on Friday 1st May at 4.00pm

§ 5th Year Book Collection: Friday 12 June at 10.30am

§ End of Examination Contingency Period*: Wednesday 24 June, 2.00pm

*In the event of widespread, sustained national or local disruption to examinations, an Awarding Body may need to use the days up to 24 June to catch up with any missed examinations.  Candidates are expected to be available for any rescheduled examinations. Please take this into account when making plans for the Summer.  

4th Year GCSE (Short Course) Religious Studies Examination Date: Tuesday 19 May, 2020  (no study leave, pupils must attend School in the morning)

UPPER SIXTH

§ UVI Pre Examinations Assembly: Thursday 7 May, Dobson Theatre, 8.40am

§ UVI Leave of Absence: begins on Friday 15th May at 4.00pm

§ UVI Leavers' Assembly and Book Collection: Friday 19th June 8.40am

§ End of Examination Contingency Period* : Wednesday 24 June 2.00pm
