No Limits No Limits is a charity that offers information, advice, counselling, advocacy and support for young people under 26 living in Southampton and Hampshire.

Eastleigh Youth Counselling Services Counselling can give you the opportunity to talk about any worries, concerns or difficulties. The service is free and confidential for 11 to 19 years of age. At EYCS the Counsellors are specially trained to listen and support you through tough times. They can help you work at the changes you want to make.

Youth in Romsey is a confidential support centre for young people aged 11-25 years. They can support young people on any issue including counselling, employment, education, financial help, sexual health and mental health. Free, safe and anonymous online support for young people.

General advice for young people: Get Connected offers information and a free UK-wide email and telephone helpline for young people. Helpline staff have access to a comprehensive database of information about counselling and all sorts of specific services, such as drug and alcohol services or those focused on particular issues like sexuality or self harm. They will talk things through and help you find the appropriate service in your local area. Calls are free from most mobiles and they can connect you to most of the services for free too.

Catch 22 is a social business providing services that help people in tough situations to turn their lives around. They provide support across 7 areas of expertise: Apprenticeships and Employability; Gangs; Social Action; Education; Justice; Young People and Families; Care Leavers.

Hampshire County Council Youth Tube is available to all young people in Hampshire; supporting them with education, Health and relationships, and financial advice.

Young Southampton - Southampton Children and Young People’s Trust - provides information and advice about a variety of topics for children and young people living in the Southampton area, with links to other useful websites, support agencies and helplines. Support includes help applying for work, health advice, homelessness, relationships and sexuality, money, work and training. Changing Faces is the leading UK charity that supports and represents people who have disfigurements to the face, hand or body from any cause.
We live in a culture where disfigurement is often seen as a medical “problem” that could/should be fixed by surgery or medical intervention. However, surgery alone cannot always remove a disfigurement and can sometimes lead to further complications. Changing Faces helps people to face the challenges of living with a disfigurement and equips them with the appropriate tools to build self-confidence and self-esteem.

The NSPCC (National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children) is the UK's leading charity specialising in child protection and the prevention of cruelty to children.

Samaritans provides confidential emotional support 24/7 to those experiencing despair, distress or suicidal feelings.

Shout for support in a crisis to those experiencing suicidal thoughts, abuse or assault, self-harm, bullying and relationship challenges. Contact is through texting therefore the charity provides greater anonymity /distance than a phone call can.

Barnardo's works directly with children, young people and their families, specifically with those most vulnerable at risk. It runs over 900 vital services across the UK, each being different to tackle a wide range of issues such as alcohol and substance misuse, domestic violence, mental health, sexual abuse and exploitation, young carers.
