The 5th Form Iconoclasts Society

The Iconoclasts Society is designed to allow roughly twenty of the best IGCSE historians each year to spend some time thinking about and discussing an aspect of the past that is not covered by the mainstream syllabus. The hope is that this will be an enjoyable way to think more deeply about the past and to experience a taste of what the subject is like at A' level. We have in years gone by considered articles on such topics as village life under the Nazis and the experience of Germans in Britain during World War One.
