To apply for a space on KETA Bus Service please complete the registration form and send to the Head of Operations, King Edward VI School.
Places are allocated in strict order of receipt of the registration form with preference provided to King Edward VI School pupils. If a waiting list exists for a chosen route more places may become available after the GCSE results in August.
If a space is still not available details will be retained on file and applicants informed as soon as space becomes available.
Any application received before the Summer Term of the preceding academic year in which the bus place is required will be held on a waiting list.
There is a minimum commitment of two academic terms for travel on the KETA Bus Service. If a place is cancelled after the first term, the fare for the second term will still be payable.
A one-off registration fee of £25.00 is to be returned with this form. Please make cheques payable to: King Edward VI School.
