Salamanca has become like home from home for some of our students. The trip is so popular that most Lower Sixth students repeat in the Upper Sixth year and then they go back for a while during their Gap year or even their year abroad whilst at university.
The city could be described as the Oxford or Cambridge of Spain. With a good number of faculties located "inside a monument" it is simply beautiful. The student life is also excellent as it welcomes Spanish university students of course, plus thousands of foreign students who flock to the city to learn Spanish every year.
Our trip lasts a week and takes over the first half of the February half term but there are still a few days left at home to recover. Students stay with host families and attend 4h of Spanish lessons every day.
