Our Hill Lane site is home to the Dobson Theatre and can accommodate all types of Music and Creative Arts Activities in our performance and rehearsal studios.

In addition, classroom space, meeting and function rooms may also be hired. We also have excellent sporting and leisure facilities on site. Facilities for hire include a Sports Hall, Dance Studio, Table Tennis Room and a Sand Based Astroturf pitch.

Our Wellington Sports Ground Site conveniently located just off Jct 5 of the M27, at Stoneham Lane, Eastleigh. Outstanding sporting facilities are available for hire including a water based Astroturf Pitch, Netball and Tennis Courts, Football, Rugby and Cricket Pitches. Additionally, Conferences, Meetings and Events can be catered for in the Pavilion.
