At the end of September a group of KES brass and wind players visited the Royal Marines School of Music in Portsmouth, to participate in a day of music-making with the professional musicians of the Royal Marines Band. It was an inspirational day of learning and playing, alongside students from five other local schools, culminating in a hugely impressive afternoon performance with the world-renowned band.
