PRE-SEASON HOCKEY COACHING
Pre-season hockey coaching sessions on Saturday 7th September. Times are as follows:

This is a useful time for the girls to pick up a stick again after a long summer and remember how to play hockey before the season starts.
Suggested equipment is as follows:
- Water bottle (full)
- Waterproof top (in case of bad weather)/tracksuit
- Skirt/shorts/socks
- Gum shield
- Astro boots
- Hockey stick
- Shin guards
- Bin bag for equipment if weather is wet.
