Sadly, due to the uncertainty of the continuing COVID-19 Coronavirus situation, this trip has been cancelled. Parents will be fully refunded in due course.
We are launching a new Snowboard Trip which is open to all year groups, from 28th March to 3rd April 2021 to Prato Nevoso in Northern Italy. This is the first time we have run a separate snowboard trip and we are excited to give students the opportunity to learn the fundamentals and develop style and skill in an ever-growing winter sport.
We will be staying at the Hotel Mondole in Prato Nevoso. Prato Nevoso lies at 2085 metres high and was one of the first snowboarding resorts in Italy as well as being home to the Italian snowboard team. The resort was home to the 2005 Junior Snowboard World Championships and has a floodlit snow park.
Please note if your child does not have a British Passport they may require a Visa to visit Italy. This is the Parents’ responsibility to arrange and the School will not be liable for any costs incurred. Please also note that Pupils will be covered by School insurance for this trip, but may not be covered for any pre-existing conditions. Parents may need to purchase their own insurance to cover such conditions. For further clarity on this please contact Assistant Head Co-Curricular Mr Kent.
